Majestic Group LLC is a consulting and staffing agency. Our organization is a limited liability company, licensed in the state of Nevada. We have a business to business contract with a technology company, who is a pioneer with more than two and a half decades in the virtual contact solution industry. With their platform we provide legitimate "Work-From-Home Opportunities." The opportunities allow us to service the customers of some of the nation’s top Fortune 500 companies. Through this business to business contract we provide opportunities to qualified independent contractors nation-wide. And, we are always seeking new talent to represent our company as Agents and Client Support Professionals (CSP's). 

Majestic Group, will provide you with the support that you need, and the flexibility and independence that makes working from home desirable. Our relationship is business to business, you are not an employee. ​As an 'Independent Contractor' with Majestic Group LLC you will be empowered to decide rather you work full or part time, you will schedule your own hours, have access to multiple Fortune 500 clients, you choose to service the client that best fits your needs, personality, and qualifications. As an Independent Contractor, effectively servicing the needs of customers for our clients, meeting their metrics and standards of adherence, you will be in control of your work life with us.

A CSP is an acronym for "Client Support Professional," / a self-employed, individual / Independent Contractor (You),  who are certified, and issued a CSP-ID number to provide customer service under contract with Majestic Group LLC.  

An IBO - Is an acronym for "Independent Business Organization." The Entity / Limited Liability Company or Call Center whom you represent. 

Your IBO would be (Majestic Group LLC: IB-ID # 436609)  

We are located in Las Vegas Nevada, but our Virtual platform allows us to recruit Client Support Professionals (CSP) / Agents nation-wide, across the United States. Our platform however, does have restrictions, we 'Do Not,' operate in the 7 states listed below: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, and Wisconsin.

Our pay dates are on the 1st and the 15th of each month. You can decide to receive a check by mail or be paid via Direct Deposit. When near completion of the certification process you will receive an email from our payroll department to set up your Direct Deposit and W-9 form.

Our Virtual Solutions, (Technology Provider), charges a service fee for providing their infrastructure, including the 24-Hour Client Technical Support Help Desk and STARMATIC® scheduling system and accounting services. They contract with Fortune 500 companies nationwide, and provide administration, training, and technical support. Their massive computer Platform manages the calls and direct them to the thousands of CSP’s nationwide. Majestic Group LLC is the (Support Company & Call Center) we provide the Human Resources. We recruit, staff, provide administrative services, basic troubleshooting, support and dispense your payroll Direct deposit into your bank account. Arise deducts a flat fee of $19.75 per paycheck and Majestic Group charges three percent (3%) of the remainder. (Example from $1,000.00 in payroll we subtract $49.16 you get $950.84.)

Majestic Group LLC is the entity that provides support in the form of: (1). continuing education; (2). accounting; (3). revenue disbursement services; (4). invaluable coaching and un-going support; (5). the opportunity to service clients without having to incorporate and build a business. Our Business partner is a pioneer in virtual technology with 25 years experience. The corporation works exclusively with IBO's / staffing agencies / call centers like Majestic Group LLC, with the legal documentation and setup.

Therefore, they hold IBOs responsible for qualifying, and recruiting great people like you (CSP's), and maintaining a high set of continuous business standards set by the clients whose companies we represent.  

As an Independent Contractor your earnings depend mostly on you, based on the client you select and qualify for, and the amount of hours you are willing to work. Some CSP's on a part time bases earn as little as $500.00, while others earn as much as $1,500.00 twice per month. Earnings can range between $9 and $16 plus per hour, and typically there is a 15 to 20 hour per week minimum required under the terms of the contract aka, Statement of Work (‘SOW”).  

No, as an independent contractor you are self-employed, 'taxes will not be with-held.' You will fill out an IRS Required W-9 form. Towards the end of your certification you will receive an email from admissions staff. The email will contain the forms to set up your Direct Deposit, your SOW, the W-9 and Independent contractor agreement. By the end of January each year a 1099 form will be provided to those who earn $600 or more in the previous calendar year to be used to file your taxes. We suggest you contact a tax professional on how to govern this aspect of being self-employed.

· Must be a U.S. Citizen or Registered Resident, legally residing in the United States.

· Must be 18 years of age or older.

· You will be subject to a "Background Check & Drug Test." 

· Must have or be willing to obtain required Equipment: 

· Computer system that meets minimum system specifications. 

· Wired Internet service.

· Landline phone.  

· USB headphones with mic.  

· Must have a "quiet home work space."
