They outsource their in-bound call volume on a Contract basis, through a pioneer and expert in Virtual Solutions (Technology Company). With a platform to combine and connect, professional, Independent Call Centers and Staffing Companies (Majestic Group LLC), that recruit and provide Independent Contractors / Client Support Professionals (You), who are Trained and Certified to work from remote locations / homes all across the nation.
The Call Centers / Independent Business Organization’s (Majestic Group) and the CSP’s (You) across the nation handle the clients of multiple locations, providing remote contact center services from home, in a less distracted, more professional, productive, efficient, and more cost effective way than the corporations hiring and housing a separate client support staff, and office space for each location.
Majestic Group (IB / Call Center / Support Company) recruits individual (Independent Contractors / CSP's) like you.
Requirements:
* At least 18 years of age.
* U.S. citizens or legal resident qualified to work in the U.S.
* Able to pass a criminal background check, and drug test.
* Has or is willing to get the required technology equipment to perform the work, and meets company specs:
Computer, High speed internet, land line telephone / phone dialer, headphones and a quiet work environment.
*Currently we are not accepting new applicants from the following states: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon and Wisconsin.
The process is easy:
You register, it could take 2 to 3 business days.
When complete, you have access to a changing board of clients and opportunities with the details for each. When a client opportunity is selected we help you get signed up for the client training and certification.
Before selecting a client opportunity you are provided all the details for the opportunity including the rate of pay, client expectations, and any specific equipment requirements.
When you register for client certification you will select a time to learn the specifics of how to work, what to say, and how to use their systems.
Everything is done online, in a virtual classroom setting. You have an instructor and peers to guide you. Upon completion of you certification. You select a schedule, and when you start taking live calls you start to earn revenue.
Opportunities are typically 90 days in duration with renewal or extension for CSP's that meet or exceed client metrics and expectations.
